Its worth the drive, we have a dealer 12 min. from us. I'd rather do the 45 from Lodi!2 new CFMoto's acquired in the past year. Looking at a 3rd now. Plus parts & maintenance.A few notes -

1. Sales... just see Amos, don't fafo. Great guy. End of story.

2. Service... Rockstars. They get swamped sometimes, we all do. Call ahead/make an appt. You won't be disappointed. Brandon, Jay, Cammie awesome. Usually a 1-2 day wait. 2 of our service appts were done before I made it back to Lodi!!!! If it's a rush just let them know, they will do everything they can to assist.

3. Finance folks... great with the paperwork & warranties. Not sure on financing (we don't use) but it's gotta be good right!

Even though what I thought was a problem turned out to be nothing the service department still took the time on a walk-in (no appointment) to check it over to make sure my Victory motorcycle was good to go. There is no reason to go anywhere else for my service.

I recently purchased tires from Jays, and overall, I had a great experience. The showroom floor was well organized and spotless, and I was greeted with a friendly hello as soon as I walked in. The two young sales reps in the tire department were outstanding. Even though they don't sell the brand of UTV I own, they took the time to ask about the type of riding we do and helped me choose the perfect set of tires. Their service was thoughtful, thorough, and very well done.The only minor hiccup was that the guy at the service counter seemed a bit irritated when first asked about having the tires mounted. He might have just been busy at the moment, though. Despite that, I'd highly recommend this dealer for their excellent customer service and attention to detail!

Needed the oil changed in my two ATV, Jays was able to get me in and done fairly quick and i was completely happy with the work.

Went for slingshot oil change maintenance, pretty reasonable price compared to other dealership I went. Clean place and employees were friendly.

Bought the new 2024 cfmoto 1000 touring. Jay's customer service is excellent as is all the employees there. We are definitely enjoying the new atv. We will go back there if we decide to buy more stuff.

Found the appropriate tire. Jays ordered it and scheduled a time for installation. Probably could have used a little more communication regarding appointment status (as there was some uncertainty about tire delivery). I called and confirmed. Dropped off bike a day in advance almost didnt get the job completed before holiday weekend, however. Job was done well. Only issue was lack of communication and uncertainty whether job would be completed on time.

I had purchased a 2009 Triumph from an estate sale. After i got it running I figured out it had a bad regulator.

Triumph factory told me it had a few recalls and to take it to a dealer.

I called Jays and Brandon took my information and within a few weeks he received the parts it needed.

Brought in my 2022 Triumph Tiger 850 with a coolant leak. The service center worked diligently with Triumph and got it covered under its warranty. Got it back and runs lovely. Purchased a Gasgas 450 from out of state from Jays. They were very easy to deal with and got the deal done quick at a great price. The real test was when i got it home and had an unforeseen issue with it and had to drive it back to have it looked at. They handled the whole thing awesome and got it handled, this is very rare these days! I will for sure be purchasing more bikes from them.

There were a surprising number of nice used Harleys in the enormous showroom.

I had a great shopping experience here. Scott was so helpful and friendly with zero sales pressure. So many places don't even allow test rides anymore, let alone let you take it out on the highway, but he told me just where to go on my test ride to have the best experience. I ended up going with a different bike brand this time around but I wouldn't hesitate to come here again the next time I'm on the market.

I recently purchased my first side by side from this power center and they made the buying process extremely simple. I know my way around the mechanics and features of them as my parents have had one for a long time however the sales team walked me through every step and covered all the bases.
